| Adamson Advertising joins the ranks of agencies asking for Electronic Invoices |

| Dear Valued Media Partner: We are encouraging all of our media partners to submit their invoices electronically. Not only does it save both of us some time, but it significantly accelerates our processing of your invoice and allows us to remit payment as much as two weeks earlier than paper invoices. In addition, if you send your invoices electronically, you no longer need to send us paper invoices. That will save inconvenience and expense for both of us. If you do not currently send electronic invoices, we would be happy to provide some information to get you started. There is also a great deal of extremely useful information available through the Television Bureau of Advertising's website, www.tvb.org. We presently process electronic invoices tendered through the following intermediaries:
If you use any other service to submit your electronic invoices, please let us know and we will add them to our list. Our goal is to convert all of our media partners to electronic invoices.
