2. Stop sending paper
Most agencies have realized that accepting invoices electronically eliminates a great deal of the back room processing. In certain cases, agencies may still require paper invoices for certain clients, which we are working to eliminate. Please call your agency clients and request that they accept all invoices electronically. We’ll be glad to help – contact hope@tvb.org for assistance.
3. Traffic System EI Capabilities
The following two charts list two of the major capabilities for Electronic Invoicing of all current major Traffic Systems. They are the ability to include, either automatically or manually, the Agency Client/Product/Estimate codes in the Electronic Invoice and the ability to suppress paper invoices to agencies that no longer require them.

4. Remit To Chart
