Nielsen estimates national DVR penetration at 32.3% as of November 2009. Primetime programs are among the most time-shifted, and in the 2009-’10 season, the season’s most time-shifted programs include “Grey’s Anatomy,” “The Mentalist,” “House,” “V,” and “ CSI.”
