Brian Allers
Senior Vice President, Business Development, TVB
In his role at TVB, Brian works with local broadcast stations and ownership groups by traveling the country and presenting to advertisers on how to grow their business through the right allocation of media dollars. Brian also spearheads TVB’s successful AE Training program and Sales Dashboard, TVB’s dedicated online sales resource. Brian handles the Midwest and West Coast Divisions for TVB and is on the road as much as 40 weeks out of the year. Brian’s background includes over 20 years in marketing and advertising. Prior to joining TVB, Brian had successful stints at a number of local television stations owned by leading broadcast organizations including Meredith and Scripps.

Gregory Aston
Global Chief Research Officer, Media Intelligence, Kantar
Gregory Aston is the Global Chief Research Officer for Kantar’s Media division, where he is responsible for developing and advancing the foundational frameworks and methodologies for Kantar’s industry-leading advertising platforms. Prior to joining Kantar, Gregory held leadership roles on the agency side, leading a multi-disciplinary team delivering strategic and tactical insight to a broad spectrum of agency and client teams across research, buying, planning, strategy, new business, and digital analytics departments.

Abby Auerbach
Executive Vice President, Chief Communications Officer, TVB and Executive Director, NEXT Women
Working with TVB’s CEO and board of directors, Abby is responsible for advocacy, public relations, corporate communications, events/conferences, TVB.org and mobile app TVBGo. Ms. Auerbach directs local broadcast TV initiatives such as the NEXT Women program, marketing campaign “We Get Results,” marketer interview series “TAB Talks” and TVB’s weekly industry video, “NewsMinute.” Previous to TVB, she ran the local broadcast buying unit at Ogilvy as Senior Partner, U.S. Director. Ms. Auerbach serves on the board of the International Radio & Television Society, is a former director of the Alliance for Women in Media, and a member of She Runs It. She has also served as a past chair of the Local Broadcast Committee of the 4A’s and the 4A’s eBusiness Committee. In 2019, she was a recipient of the TVNewsCheck Women in Technology Futurist award.

Catherine Badalamente
President & Chief Executive Officer, Graham Media Group
In her role, Catherine Badalamente oversees seven local media hubs — each in a top-71 market, representing just under 7% coverage in the U.S. The television stations, web and mobile platforms are recognized as news leaders across the media spectrum: KPRC-Houston (NBC); WDIV-Detroit (NBC); WKMG-Orlando (CBS); KSAT-San Antonio (ABC); a duopoly in Jacksonville: WJXT (Fully Local) and WCWJ (CW); and WSLS-Roanoke (NBC). GMG also owns Graham Digital, a digital media and technology development group based in Detroit and Atlanta-based Social News Desk, a leading provider of social media management tools designed to connect newsrooms with their users.

Emily Barr
Former President & CEO, Graham Media Group
Emily L. Barr recently retired as the President & CEO of Graham Media Group, the television broadcasting division of Graham Holdings Company. She held this position from July 2012 until March 2022 when she assumed the role of Strategic Advisor until her retirement in June 2022. The seven local media hubs of Graham Media Group represent over 7% television coverage of the US and its television stations, web and mobile platforms are recognized as news leaders across the media spectrum. Barr presently serves on the boards of the Associated Press and Carleton College and has recently served in leadership roles with the National Association of Broadcasters, the ABC Board of Governors and the NBC Affiliates Association.

Michael Beach
Chief Executive Officer, Cross Screen Media
Michael Beach is the Chief Executive Officer of Cross Screen Media, a media analytics and technology company focused on helping brands optimize their media buying across all screens. Prior to Cross Screen Media, Michael co-founded Targeted Victory, which quickly grew to be the dominant digital agency for the Republican party with 800+ clients, $240m+ in total revenue and 100+ employees. Michael is also the founder/editor of State of the Screens, a weekly newsletter focused on video advertising.

Mark Beck
SVP, Chief Information Officer, Cox Media Group
Mark Beck serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Cox Media Group. He is responsible for all aspects of technology including strategy, digital products and systems, business systems, infrastructure, operations, and end-user services. Mark has been instrumental in the transformation of the CMG technology organization and systems environment, working with stakeholders across the enterprise to leverage technology and create business value. Prior to joining CMG, Mark served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Unisource Worldwide, Inc. Mark also held several key leadership positions at the Georgia-Pacific Corporation and worked with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he gained diversified industry experience.

Lindsay Chapman Bollenbach
Director, Advertising, Mohegan Sun
As Director of Advertising for Mohegan Sun Connecticut, Lindsay Bollenbach oversees strategy and execution of all brand and entertainment advertising. She works with agency partners to effectively manage, budget, and implement media plans and campaigns to raise revenue and achieve business goals. After graduating from Quinnipiac University with a B.S. in Economics, Bollenbach was hired by Mohegan Sun. In 2013, she was promoted to her current position as Director of Advertising. With over 10 years of marketing experience, she will keep using her expertise to develop the brand.

Barb Brancato
Local Business Strategy Manager, KEZI TV, Allen Media Broadcasting
Barb Brancato leads a team of Account Executives at KEZI TV for Allen Media Broadcasting in Eugene, Oregon. She is responsible for creating new and effective ways of prospecting, generating and increasing new and existing business in a hybrid environment. Barb grows share of local agency and direct business through strategic planning and by helping to educate advertisers on how to successfully integrate their television and digital strategies. She enhances the success of her team and the station utilizing both personal connection and the power of analytics – creating empowerment, transparency and accountability. Prior to her time at Allen Media Broadcasting, Barb was the Director of Sales for KMTR/KVAL in Eugene with Sinclair Broadcast Group and has worked in the broadcast industry for over 30 years.

Craig Broitman
EVP, Chief Operating Officer, Katz Television Group
In his role, Craig oversees day-to-day operations across all divisions to drive growth for advertisers, agencies and all of Katz’s more than 700 television station partners and digital properties across markets of all shapes and sizes. Craig leads ad sales operations, agency and broadcaster connectivity, sales training, and development of the company’s political, unwired and direct marketing units. Craig has held various management roles in both the New York and Chicago offices, including Team Manager, Director of Sales and Executive Vice President. In 2002, Craig became President of the Katz Millennium Sales and Marketing division. Craig was promoted to his current role as Chief Operating Officer in 2012. Craig is a board member of TVB as well as Chair of its National Sales Advisory Committee and a member of the Executive Board.

Cole Bruner
President, Buska Wealth Management
Cole’s career in the insurance and financial services industries began in 2007 when he joined his family’s firm. He dedicated a great deal of time studying to become a fiduciary as an investment advisor representative and continues to educate himself on critical retirement topics. Cole has been recognized by many of his peers in the industry, has presented at educational workshops, spoken at events across central Wisconsin, and is a television/radio show host and published author. As President of Buska Wealth Management, LLC, Cole meets regularly with current and prospective clients to review their financial situation and research options to provide them with the most comprehensive retirement plan possible.

David Buonfiglio
VP, Digital, TVB
David Buonfiglio began his work in digital sales for TV broadcasters in 2000 at Hearst-owned WCVB-TV in Boston, MA. He’s been driving digital revenue for the broadcast television industry ever since. As both a vendor and a broadcast corporate leader, he has structured and trained digital sales teams with a focus on profitability and client success. David is in his third year as VP of Digital for TVB and is the first to hold this newly created position.

Ed Busby
Chief Strategy Officer, TEGNA
W. Edmond (Ed) Busby is the Chief Strategy Officer for TEGNA. He joined the company in December 2015 to drive strategic initiatives and identify new growth opportunities. Among his accomplishments, he helped found Premion (TEGNA’s OTT sales division) and drove the creation of TEGNA’s attribution solution. He also serves on both the Pearl and TIP industry boards. Prior to TEGNA, Ed was a Partner in The Boston Consulting Group’s Media Practice where he served a broad array of media companies and private equity firms. He was also an Adjunct Professor of Mobile Marketing at Columbia Business School.

Adam Bush
Senior Vice President, Sell-Side Account Management, Comscore
Adam Bush is a leader, team builder, data geek and strategic insights veteran with a proven track record of providing results-oriented solutions, consultation and leadership to various client segments and organizations. Adam has spent the last 10 years at Comscore. Currently, he is SVP of Sell Side Account Management where he leads the Local, National and Digital Publishing Account Management and Client Success teams that provide Comscore’s sell side clients with best-in-class service and solutions for their day-to-day data needs. Prior to his time at Comscore Adam was a Local Sales Manager for WTKR/WGNT in Norfolk, Virginia. He is also a proud Past President of the Hampton Roads (Virginia) Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA).

Joe Cerone
EVP, Local Investment, Zenith
In his current role, Joe is responsible for overseeing all local television and audio activity for clients including Toyota/Lexus, Walmart, Inspire Brands (Sonic/Dunkin’/Jimmy John’s/BWW/Baskin Robins) and Eli Lilly. He is also responsible for overseeing staff in Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Denver and Portland. Throughout his 30+ year career, he has worked at media companies such as Ogilvy & Mather, Zenith, Bates USA, Carat, and Initiative, which garnered him experience across all categories and included some amazing accounts such as Hyundai/Kia, American Express, Miller Beer, and Mars Inc. Joe is the recipient of Director of the Year and the Lifetime Achievement Award, both from the Atlanta Broadcast Advertising Club.

Tracy Chavez
EVP & Director of Investment Operations, Publicis Media
As EVP and Director of Investment Operations, Tracy Chavez oversees Publicis Media’s Local Investment team – a cross-agency strategy and investment team of 200+ leaders, focusing on local investment across all channels, ensuring alignment with national counterparts. Together, they manage multi-million-dollar budgets across a diverse client portfolio with premium products that drive efficiency and value. Tracy oversees all local automation platform development, training, activation, and Publicis Media’s local media measurement methodology across local linear and digital video/audio investment. She actively works to ensure the team has a more flexible and data-driven approach for clients, giving them a first-to-market model and key competitive advantages for their business. Prior to Publicis, she was Director of Advertising and Strategy for JCPenney.

Jennifer Christina
Partner, Integrated Investment, UM Worldwide
Jennifer Christina has worked in the local media partnership space for 10+ years. She began her media career at UM Worldwide as a Client Service coordinator. In her current role as Partner, Integrated Investment, she oversees the execution and monitoring of all local media plans for clients. She promotes the value local brings to advertisers and advocates how diversification within local media channels can bring a client’s strategy to life and meet business objectives. Previously, Jennifer worked at Campbell-Ewald in a Human Resources role.

John Conway
Vice President, WRAL Digital, Capitol Broadcasting Company
John Conway is Vice President of WRAL Digital, a division of Raleigh-based Capitol Broadcasting Company. Its flagship website, WRAL.com, is the most visited local media site in North Carolina. Conway oversees operations of the 50+ person team, which also manages web and mobile brands such as WRALSportsFan.com, HighSchoolOT.com and WRALTechWire.com. Additionally, his group includes a full-service digital marketing services unit called WRAL Digital Solutions. He joined Capitol Broadcasting Company in 1995 as the first managing editor of what was then called WRAL OnLine. He later served as WRAL.com’s product development director and creative services director before assuming the role of general manager.

Toni Coonce
EVP, Sales, WideOrbit
Toni joined WideOrbit in 2006, bringing over 20 years of media industry experience on both the client and vendor sides of the business. Prior to WideOrbit, Toni worked for Marketron Solutions, holding positions in support, project management, sales engineering, and sales. Before that, she was Finance Manager at a small broadcast group for two years. As Executive Vice President of Sales, Toni leads all sales efforts at WideOrbit.

Tom Cox
President, Premion
Tom leads Premion, the industry-leading streaming advertising business and directs TEGNA’s corporate and business development activities and venture portfolio. Tom has spent 20+ years in strategy, development and operations leadership roles within digital and traditional media and across company lifecycle stages. He oversees the overall strategic direction, operations, and financial performance of Premion, which has scaled quickly with expected revenue growth of 50 percent in 2021. Previously, Tom has held various leadership roles at Fox Digital and AOL Time Warner.

Greg Crowley
Owner, Crowley Furniture & Mattress
Greg Crowley is a furniture retail veteran. Greg started working at Crowley Furniture when he was 15 years old in warehouse and delivery. Since then, he has accumulated 50 years of furniture retail experience in every facet of the business. Still passionate, Greg continues to work at all three Crowley Furniture & Mattress stores in Kansas City. Focused on sales management and advertising, Greg has experience with virtually every advertising platform. He has found particular success leveraging television to drive business to his independent furniture chain even alongside Nebraska Furniture Mart, one of the largest retailers in the home furnishings industry. Greg continues to challenge and reinvent Crowley Furniture’s advertising strategy to stay relevant in the ever-changing landscape.

Katie Crowley
Director of Marketing and Merchandising, Crowley Furniture & Mattress
Katie Crowley, Director of Marketing and Merchandising, joined Crowley Furniture & Mattress in January, 2019. She is the youngest daughter of Greg and Beth Crowley, and along with her sister Laura, represents the third generation successfully operating the family business. Katie is a licensed architect and has practiced architecture since graduating from the University of Kansas in 2011. Katie brings a broad skillset of interior design, graphic design, merchandising, and marketing skills to the team.

Wil Danielson
Senior Vice President, Digital Sales, Nexstar Digital
Leading sales efforts for Nexstar Digital’s national sales team – including The Hill – Wil Danielson is responsible for driving strategy and revenue for national brands across verticals like automotive, insurance, QSR, financial services, and more. Before taking over national sales, Wil joined Nexstar as part of the Corporate Development team. Prior to his tenure at Nexstar Digital, Wil led sales efforts at Gamut and CoxReps.

Luke Dembosky
Partner, Debevoise & Plimpton LLP
Luke Dembosky co-chairs Debevoise & Plimpton’s global Data Strategy & Security practice and is recognized as a leading practitioner by Chambers, The Legal 500, and the National Law Journal. He joined Debevoise in 2016 after 14 years specializing in cyber matters for the Justice Department, including serving as Deputy Assistant Attorney General for National Security where he oversaw DOJ’s first national security cyber portfolio; Deputy Chief at the Computer Crime Section; DOJ representative at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, Russia; and as a cyber crimes prosecutor. He led many of DOJ’s landmark cyber investigations and co-represented it in cyber negotiations with Russia and China.

Paris Dennard
Former National Spokesperson & Director of Black Media Affairs, Republican National Committee
On behalf of the RNC, Paris Dennard appears on local and national radio and TV, writes op-eds in top publications and a monthly column for The Carolinian. He served in the George W. Bush White House in the Office of Political Affairs, the Office of Legislative Affairs, and the Office of Public Liaison. Paris held senior leadership positions in public affairs for a boutique law firm, in communications and event management at an international think tank, and in government relations and strategic communications for the largest public HBCU (historically Black colleges and universities) association in the country. Paris was a paid CNN political commentator, served as an official surrogate for both Trump campaigns, and is founder of The PD Consulting Group. President Trump appointed Paris to be a Commissioner on the President’s Commission on White House Fellowships.

Cordie brings a very unique set of skills and experiences to PremiumMedia360: With 25+ years of experience in advertising and advertising technology, Cordie has a deep understanding of the market, the customers, and the products that make up this space. Cordie spent the first years of his career at J. Walter Thompson and IPG, two of the world’s best-known marketing communications brands. He then made the move to advertising technology, spending time at COREMedia and Mediaocean.

Steve Downing
National Operations Director, SagamoreHill Broadcasting
Steve Downing oversees Telemundo affiliate stations in five markets, which include Kansas City-Missouri, St. Louis-Missouri, Minneapolis/St. Paul-Minnesota, Portland-Oregon, and Beaumont/Port Arthur-Texas. Steve is based in Kansas City, where he also serves as Telemundo Kansas City’s General Manager. Since moving to the Midwest in December of 2019, he has joined the Greater Kansas City Regional Complete Count Committee, the LatinX Communities Sub-Committee for the Unified Government of Wyandotte County, the Diverse Business Committee with the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, and the Kansas Hispanic & Latino American Affairs Commission with the State of Kansas. Steve is passionate about serving the local community. His career in Spanish-language media has allowed him to support organizations in their efforts to connect, inform, and give back to the Hispanic community.

Kathy Doyle
EVP, Managing Director, Local Investment, MAGNA Global
A 20+ year veteran of IPG/MAGNA, Kathy oversees all local activity for clients such as Amazon, Rocket Mortgage, Gilead, BMW, Sony, T-Mobile and Arby’s, among others. Kathy believes client success in local markets is achieved through leverage, knowledge & relationships that drive effective strategic execution. She manages a team that annually executes hundreds of local retail events for a multitude of clients. Kathy represents the agency with involvement in several industry associations, such as the 4As, IAB, Nielsen and the TVB. She’s also an active member of the Mediabrands Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council. With 30+ years in the media industry, she has worked for a wide-variety of clients, focusing on local marketing. Kathy received the agency’s “Truth Well Told” award for her outstanding work on General Motors. In 2015, she was named by AWNY as a Working Mother of the Year and in 2016 was added to the IRTS Mentorship Hall of Fame.

Rick Ducey
Managing Director, BIA Advisory Services
Rick leads BIA Advisory Services’ strategy consulting practice and serves as an advisor to its affiliated investment banking group, BIA Capital Strategies. Evaluating opportunities and developing strategies that utilize traditional and digital platforms to achieve business goals, he helps clients with strategic planning, partnership strategies, product planning, competitive intelligence, revenue growth and diversification. He also works on investment banking projects assisting buy-side and sell-side clients. In 2000, Rick co-cofounded SpectraRep, a technology company specializing in emergency alert and warning solutions. Prior to BIA, Rick headed the National Association of Broadcaster’s Research and Information Group, overseeing all research, analytics and information technology initiatives.

Missy Evenson
Vice President Sales, Local Media, Scripps
Missy has been with Scripps for ten years and in her current role as VP Sales, Local Media for four years. Prior to this role Missy was a Regional Director of Revenue Strategy for Scripps, Director of Sales at KMGH in Denver and held previous management roles in broadcasting in Texas. She has been on the planning, buying and sales sides of the media business. Missy is the current Vice-Chair for the TVB Executive Board of Directors, sitting member on the Nielsen Local Media Alliance and member of the Media Ad Sales Council. She is a member of the executive women’s program Chief as well.

Robert Folliard
Senior Vice President, Government Relations & Distribution, Gray Television
Robert Folliard is SVP, Government Relations & Distribution for Gray Television, which owns leading local television stations in 113 television markets. Mr. Folliard oversees federal regulatory matters for Gray Television, including its compliance with federal laws and FCC regulations. Mr. Folliard also negotiates Gray’s retransmission consent agreements and maintains Gray’s relationships with MVPDs, OTT operators, and other distributors of Gray’s content. Prior to this role Mr. Folliard was Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for Gray Television. Before joining Gray in 2014, Mr. Folliard was an associate in the Communications Groups at Cooley, LLP and Dow Lohnes, PLLC in Washington, DC.

Denise Galiber
VP, Director of Sales, Hearst Television and Hearst Digital, Katz Media Group
Denise manages national spot sales for the Hearst owned television and digital properties in Boston, Orlando, New Orleans, Burlington, Portland and Monterey. She began her career as a sales assistant with Group W (now CBS) before leaving to become a Media Buyer at DMB&B (now Spark Foundry). She transitioned to selling at WMGC-TV in Binghamton, NY and continued as an Account Executive with WCVB-TV in Boston, where she earned the Hearst Eagle Award for top sales performance. Denise joined the Katz Media Group in 2002 as an Account Executive. She was promoted to Sales Manager and soon after moved to VP, Director of Sales, her current role. Denise is a TVB committee member and a founding co-chair of Stronger Together, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council at the Katz Media Group.

Sara Gallegos
Senior Director, New Business Development, Scripps
Sara Gallegos has been senior director of new business development for the Local Media division of The E.W. Scripps Company since 2018. Previously, she was regional director of new business development for Scripps for over two years. Gallegos has worked in broadcasting in Denver since 1997, including time as an account executive at KUSA-TV and KCNC-TV and an integrated account executive, then local sales manager at Denver7 (KMGH-TV). She has served as co-chair of the TVB SSAC/NSAC committee since 2020.

Adam Gaynor
Chief Revenue Officer & Interim President, Gamut
Adam is responsible for driving revenue through customer and partner acquisition growth and expansion. He oversees Gamut’s direct channel partnerships and political sales teams along with Gamut’s marketing team. A noted industry expert, Gaynor has a strong reputation for seizing strategy opportunities to develop client-centric product solutions that connect brands to audiences. With 25 years of experience, Gaynor is a decisive sales executive with leadership experience driving business transformation. Prior to joining Gamut, Gaynor held various sales leadership roles working for companies including AMC Networks, CBS, Comcast, DISH Network, and VIZIO.

Adam Gerber
Executive Director, US Investment Strategy, GroupM
Adam Gerber is Executive Director, US Investment Strategy for GroupM, WPP’s media investment group collectively representing more than $14B in investment from the world’s largest and most dynamic advertisers, including NBCUniversal, Unilever, Ford, Google, Mars, The Coca-Cola Company, and L’Oreal. In his role, Gerber leads initiatives to help GroupM’s clients create and capture value across a rapidly changing media landscape by co-developing new advertising models with media companies, defining and scaling omnichannel addressable capabilities, and creating competitive advantages in an era of platform-based, data-driven campaign management. A regular commentator on issues affecting advertisers, Gerber has been recognized by Adweek and Mediaweek as one of the industry’s leading figures in media.

Hadassa Gerber
EVP, Chief Research Officer, TVB
Hadassa Gerber was named Chief Research Officer of TVB in June 2014. Hadassa joined from the Syndicated Network Television Association (SNTA), where she served as the Director of Research and Systems. Prior to joining SNTA, she served in several senior and executive director roles for leading advertising agencies including Y&R, Media Edge, DeWitt Media, and McCann Erickson. Known as an industry thought leader in media analytics, media strategy and digital, Hadassa has worked with numerous blue-chip companies, agency executives, and brand managers to help develop innovative solutions to complex marketing challenges and maximize return on investment. She is a board member of the Media Ratings Council (MRC), a member of NAB’s COLTAM, the ARF and CIMM.

Bill Hague
Executive Vice President, Magid
As Executive Vice President, Bill has oversight of Magid’s local media practice that works with local media properties, such as TV stations, radio stations and newspapers. In addition to managing corporate relationships and business development efforts during his tenure at Magid, Bill has served as the lead consultant with clients as diverse as CBS, NBC, Hubbard Radio, Canadian Broadcasting Company, McDonald’s, University of Notre Dame, Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Onex, among others. Bill spearheaded the development of several innovative service offers including Magid’s local advertising effectiveness research efforts. The impressive team that Hague has built continues to lead Magid into the revenue generation side of the traditional media business as well as the digital side of local media.

Ann Hailer
President, CoxReps
Ann Pero Hailer has drawn on her 25 years of media experience to set the vision that’s driving success for CoxReps. Through Ann’s strategic leadership and focus on collaboration, the company is providing the most advanced solutions for its premiere station group clients and agencies and advertisers in the local media space. Ann has led CoxReps by passionately focusing on diversity and inclusion. She served as chair for CMG’s D&I Advisory Board from 2017-2019, and is now a member of their Executive Council for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She serves on TVB’s Executive Board of Directors, the IRTS board, and has been a member of the Detroit AdCraft club since 1993.

Catherine Herkovic
EVP, Managing Director, Local Television, Nielsen
Catherine Herkovic is a Nielsen veteran and is currently EVP, Managing Director of Local Television Client Services. She leads the team that serves local television stations, local cable stations, and MVPDs. Other roles Catherine has held at Nielsen include: Global Quality Leader, Managing Director of National Client Services, General Manager Local Television, and SVP Sales and Marketing, NSI.

Carol Hinnant
Chief Revenue Officer, Comscore

Andrew Karamouzis
VP, Marketing Research Director, TVB
Andrew Karamouzis is a Marketing Research Director at TVB. Along with the other members of the TVB research team, Andrew provides the media research TVB members value and use daily. His media career began at the Syndicated Network Television Association (SNTA) in 2007 as a Television Research Associate. Over the next 7 years, he worked his way up in the company until its closure in 2014. He joined TVB in August 2014 and is now entering his eighth year with the company.

Drew Klopp

Drew Klopp joined FastPay in December of 2021 as a Senior Account Executive managing the Media Supplier relationships of FastPay’s payment processing business. Drew previously worked in a variety of media sales positions based in New York City for companies such as The New York Times, Specific Media, LIN Digital and Giant Media. Nancy Larkin

Christopher Martinez

Eric Meyrowitz was named Executive Vice President and group head of Hearst Television in 2021, with operational oversight over a portfolio of Hearst Television markets. Prior to that, Meyrowitz was Senior Vice President, Sales, since 2017. He rejoined Hearst Television as Vice President, Sales in 2014, having previously served as National Sales Manager for WBAL-TV, Baltimore, between 1997 – 2000. Dr. Mary Murphy is the Herman B. Wells Endowed Professor at Indiana University and founder of the Equity Accelerator. She is a recognized international leader in the field of equity, diversity, and inclusion in educational and organizational settings. She teaches undergraduates, graduate students, and executives and advises CEOs and leaders on how to create more inclusive growth-minded learning and working environments. Dr. Murphy is Latina–born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She earned a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a PhD from Stanford University. She completed an NSF postdoctoral fellowship at Northwestern University. In 2012, she joined the faculty of Indiana University and, in 2013, was named a Rising Star by the Association for Psychological Science (APS). Debra OConnell

He also oversees all of TVB’s sales work in the Political category. TVB’s business development team, led by Brad, has successfully moved millions of dollars in ad spend from other media to broadcast TV. Steve Sturm

Ben Tatta has more than 25 years of traditional and digital media experience leading media sales, technology, and measurement businesses. Ben has made his mark in media by leading innovation over the years, most notably as co-founder and president of advanced TV analytics company 605 and during his tenure at Cablevision as President of Media Sales where he launched the industry’s first system-wide deployment of addressable TV advertising. He has held senior leadership roles at companies including USA Networks, IBM, ABC, Lagardere Media and eBay Enterprise Marketing.

Kent currently leads the Advanced Advertising Product for TelevisaUnivision across the linear and digital portfolios. Prior to joining TelevisaUnivision, Kent spent 15+ years at Altice (Formerly Cablevision) where he held different roles within cable engineering, enterprise data management and ad sales organization. In the last 4 years of his tenure at Altice, he helped establish a4 Media where he built data solutions capabilities and led the data partnership strategy and engineering teams. Most recently, he served as Head of Data and Product Strategy at MadHive, where he led their data partnership strategy and product development team.

Paul Winn is a media strategist who has worked on hundreds of political campaigns in 49 states—he’s still waiting on his chance to break into Idaho. In 2020, he oversaw $300 million in media spending for candidates and issue groups across the U.S. and had the privilege of working with some of the largest PACs and party committees. Paul has led development of software programs widely used across the advertising industry. These products, used by both advertising agencies and media sales teams, have been recognized as industry leaders, including being named Best New Technology by AAPC.

She manages media in both the general market and direct response marketplaces and enjoys capitalizing on both to ensure her clients are getting the most aggressive pricing and value. Before joining Horizon in 2017, Jennifer spent more than 11 years at GroupM working with a variety of Direct Response clients. Jennifer currently oversees investment for a range of clients at Horizon, including FanDuel, Carvana, Bombas, and Squarespace.
