Brian Allers

Senior Vice President, Business Development, TVB

In his role at TVB, Brian works with local broadcast stations and ownership groups by traveling the country and presenting to advertisers on how to grow their business through the right allocation of media dollars. Brian also spearheads TVB’s successful AE Training program and Sales Dashboard, TVB’s dedicated online sales resource. Brian handles the Midwest and West Coast Divisions for TVB and is on the road as much as 40 weeks out of the year. Brian’s background includes over 20 years in marketing and advertising. Prior to joining TVB, Brian had successful stints at a number of local television stations owned by leading broadcast organizations including Meredith and Scripps.

Gregory Aston

Gregory Aston is the Chief Research Officer for Kantar’s Media division, where he is responsible for developing and advancing the foundational frameworks and methodologies for Kantar’s industry-leading advertising platforms. Prior to joining Kantar, Gregory held leadership roles on the agency side, leading a multi-disciplinary team delivering strategic and tactical insight to a broad spectrum of agency and client teams across research, buying, planning, strategy, new business, and digital analytics departments.

Abby Auerbach

Executive Vice President, Chief Communications Officer, TVB and Executive Director, NEXT Women

Working with TVB’s CEO and board of directors, Abby is responsible for advocacy, public relations, corporate communications, events/conferences, TVB.org and mobile app TVBGo. Ms. Auerbach directs local broadcast TV initiatives such as the NEXT Women program, marketing campaign “We Get Results,” marketer interview series “TAB Talks” and TVB’s weekly industry video, “NewsMinute.” Previous to TVB, she ran the local broadcast buying unit at Ogilvy as Senior Partner, U.S. Director. Ms. Auerbach serves on the board of the International Radio & Television Society, is a former director of the Alliance for Women in Media, and a member of She Runs It. She has also served as a past chair of the Local Broadcast Committee of the 4A’s and the 4A’s eBusiness Committee. In 2019, she was a recipient of the TVNewsCheck Women in Technology Futurist award.

Catherine Badalamente

President & Chief Executive Officer, Graham Media Group

In her role, Catherine Badalamente oversees seven local media hubs — each in a top-71 market, representing just under 7% coverage in the U.S. The television stations, web and mobile platforms are recognized as news leaders across the media spectrum: KPRC-Houston (NBC); WDIV-Detroit (NBC); WKMG-Orlando (CBS); KSAT-San Antonio (ABC); a duopoly in Jacksonville: WJXT (Fully Local) and WCWJ (CW); and WSLS-Roanoke (NBC). GMG also owns Graham Digital, a digital media and technology development group based in Detroit and Atlanta-based Social News Desk, a leading provider of social media management tools designed to connect newsrooms with their users.

Emily Barr

Former President & CEO, Graham Media Group

Emily L. Barr recently retired as the President & CEO of Graham Media Group, the television broadcasting division of Graham Holdings Company.  She held this position from July 2012 until March 2022 when she assumed the role of Strategic Advisor until her retirement in June 2022. The seven local media hubs of Graham Media Group represent over 7% television coverage of the US and its television stations, web and mobile platforms are recognized as news leaders across the media spectrum. Barr presently serves on the boards of the Associated Press and Carleton College and has recently served in leadership roles with the National Association of Broadcasters, the ABC Board of Governors and the NBC Affiliates Association.

Lindsay Bollenbach

Director, Advertising, Mohegan Sun

As Director of Advertising for Mohegan Sun Connecticut, Lindsay Bollenbach oversees strategy and execution of all brand and entertainment advertising. She works with agency partners to effectively manage, budget, and implement media plans and campaigns to raise revenue and achieve business goals. After graduating from Quinnipiac University with a B.S. in Economics, Bollenbach was hired by Mohegan Sun. In 2013, she was promoted to her current position as Director of Advertising. With over 10 years of marketing experience, she will keep using her expertise to develop the brand.

Craig Broitman

EVP, Chief Operating Officer, Katz Television Group

In his role, Craig oversees day-to-day operations across all divisions to drive growth for advertisers, agencies and all of Katz’s more than 700 television station partners and digital properties across markets of all shapes and sizes. Craig leads ad sales operations, agency and broadcaster connectivity, sales training, and development of the company’s political, unwired and direct marketing units. Craig has held various management roles in both the New York and Chicago offices, including Team Manager, Director of Sales and Executive Vice President. In 2002, Craig became President of the Katz Millennium Sales and Marketing division. Craig was promoted to his current role as Chief Operating Officer in 2012. Craig is a board member of TVB as well as Chair of its National Sales Advisory Committee and a member of the Executive Board.

Cole Bruner

President, Buska Wealth Management

Cole’s career in the insurance and financial services industries began in 2007 when he joined his family’s firm. He dedicated a great deal of time studying to become a fiduciary as an investment advisor representative and continues to educate himself on critical retirement topics. Cole has been recognized by many of his peers in the industry, has presented at educational workshops, spoken at events across central Wisconsin, and is a television/radio show host and published author. As President of Buska Wealth Management, LLC, Cole meets regularly with current and prospective clients to review their financial situation and research options to provide them with the most comprehensive retirement plan possible.

David Buonfiglio

VP, Digital, TVB

David Buonfiglio began his work in digital sales for TV broadcasters in 2000 at Hearst-owned WCVB-TV in Boston, MA. He’s been driving digital revenue for the broadcast television industry ever since.  As both a vendor and a broadcast corporate leader, he has structured and trained digital sales teams with a focus on profitability and client success. David is in his third year as VP of Digital for TVB and is the first to hold this newly created position.

Ed Busby

Chief Strategy Officer, TEGNA

W. Edmond (Ed) Busby is the Chief Strategy Officer for TEGNA. He joined the company in December 2015 to drive strategic initiatives and identify new growth opportunities. Among his accomplishments, he helped found Premion (TEGNA’s OTT sales division) and drove the creation of TEGNA’s attribution solution. He also serves on both the Pearl and TIP industry boards. Prior to TEGNA, Ed was a Partner in The Boston Consulting Group’s Media Practice where he served a broad array of media companies and private equity firms. He was also an Adjunct Professor of Mobile Marketing at Columbia Business School.

Joseph Cerone

Joe began his career at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising in 1986 as an Assistant Media Buyer on the Hardee’s account. In 1989, Joe joined Backer, Spielvogel & Bates as a Media Buyer for accounts such as Hyundai Motor America, American Express, Miller Beer, and Mars Inc. After being promoted to Broadcast Supervisor in late 1995, Joe became the Regional Buying Supervisor of the Bates USA – Atlanta office. Joe was promoted to VP in 1997 and SVP in 2000 with the responsibility to oversee the 4 regional buying centers of Bates USA for Hyundai with billings over $96M. Along with Hyundai, Joe joined Carat USA in February 2002 as VP, Regional Spot Director. After 20+ years on Hyundai/Kia, he joined Zenith Media as SVP, Account Director – Lexus Dealer, Local Investment. In May 2017, Joe was promoted to EVP, Director of Local Investment. He continues to push his clients into adopting forward thinking practices and initiatives.

Tom Cox

Tom leads Premion, the industry-leading streaming advertising business and directs TEGNA’s corporate and business development activities and venture portfolio. Tom has spent 20+ years in strategy, development and operations leadership roles within digital and traditional media and across company lifecycle stages. He oversees the overall strategic direction, operations, and financial performance of Premion, which has scaled quickly with expected revenue growth of 50 percent in 2021. Previously, Tom has held various leadership roles at Fox Digital and AOL Time Warner.

Jennifer Christina

Jennifer Christina has worked in the local media partnership space for 10+ years. She began her media career at UM Worldwide as a Client Service coordinator. In her current role as Partner, Integrated Investment, she oversees the execution and monitoring of all local media plans for clients. She promotes the value local brings to advertisers and advocates how diversification within local media channels can bring a client’s strategy to life and meet business objectives. Previously, Jennifer worked at Campbell-Ewald in a Human Resources role.

John Conway

Vice President, WRAL Digital, Capitol Broadcasting Company

John Conway is Vice President of WRAL Digital, a division of Raleigh-based Capitol Broadcasting Company. Its flagship website, WRAL.com, is the most visited local media site in North Carolina. Conway oversees operations of the 50+ person team, which also manages web and mobile brands such as WRALSportsFan.com, HighSchoolOT.com and WRALTechWire.com. Additionally, his group includes a full-service digital marketing services unit called WRAL Digital Solutions. He joined Capitol Broadcasting Company in 1995 as the first managing editor of what was then called WRAL OnLine. He later served as WRAL.com’s product development director and creative services director before assuming the role of general manager.

Toni Coonce

EVP, Sales, WideOrbit

Toni joined WideOrbit in 2006, bringing over 20 years of media industry experience on both the client and vendor sides of the business. Prior to WideOrbit, Toni worked for Marketron Solutions, holding positions in support, project management, sales engineering, and sales. Before that, she was Finance Manager at a small broadcast group for two years. As Executive Vice President of Sales, Toni leads all sales efforts at WideOrbit.

Paris Dennard

National Spokesperson & Director of Black Media Affairs, Republican National Committee

On behalf of the RNC, Paris Dennard appears on local and national radio and TV, writes op-eds in top publications and a monthly column for The Carolinian. He served in the George W. Bush White House in the Office of Political Affairs, the Office of Legislative Affairs, and the Office of Public Liaison. Paris held senior leadership positions in public affairs for a boutique law firm, in communications and event management at an international think tank, and in government relations and strategic communications for the largest public HBCU (historically Black colleges and universities) association in the country. Paris was a paid CNN political commentator, served as an official surrogate for both Trump campaigns, and is founder of The PD Consulting Group. President Trump appointed Paris to be a Commissioner on the President’s Commission on White House Fellowships.

Kathy Doyle

EVP, Managing Director, Local Investment, MAGNA Global

A 20+ year veteran of IPG/MAGNA, Kathy oversees all local activity for clients such as Amazon, Rocket Mortgage, Gilead, BMW, Sony, T-Mobile and Arby’s, among others. Kathy represents the agency with involvement in several industry associations, such as the 4A’s, IAB, Nielsen and TVB. She is also an active member of the Mediabrands Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council. During her career, she has managed investments for clients such as General Motors, Subaru, McDonald’s, Kohl’s and Lowe’s. Kathy received the agency’s “Truth Well Told” award for her outstanding work on General Motors. In 2015, she was named by AWNY as a Working Mother of the Year and in 2016 was added to the IRTS Mentorship Hall of Fame.

Rick Ducey

Managing Director, BIA Advisory Services

Rick leads BIA Advisory Services’ strategy consulting practice and serves as an advisor to its affiliated investment banking group, BIA Capital Strategies. Evaluating opportunities and developing strategies that utilize traditional and digital platforms to achieve business goals, he helps clients with strategic planning, partnership strategies, product planning, competitive intelligence, revenue growth and diversification. He also works on investment banking projects assisting buy-side and sell-side clients. In 2000, Rick co-cofounded SpectraRep, a technology company specializing in emergency alert and warning solutions. Prior to BIA, Rick headed the National Association of Broadcaster’s Research and Information Group, overseeing all research, analytics and information technology initiatives.

Missy Evenson

Missy has been with Scripps for ten years and in her current role as VP Sales, Local Media for four years. Prior to this role Missy was a Regional Director of Revenue Strategy for Scripps, Director of Sales at KMGH in Denver and held previous management roles in broadcasting in Texas. She has been on the planning, buying and sales sides of the media business. Missy is the current Vice-Chair for the TVB Executive Board of Directors, sitting member on the Nielsen Local Media Alliance and member of the Media Ad Sales Council. She is a member of the executive women’s program Chief as well.

Robert Folliard

Senior Vice President, Government Relations & Distribution, Gray Television

Robert Folliard is SVP, Government Relations & Distribution for Gray Television, which owns leading local television stations in 113 television markets. Mr. Folliard oversees federal regulatory matters for Gray Television, including its compliance with federal laws and FCC regulations. Mr. Folliard also negotiates Gray’s retransmission consent agreements and maintains Gray’s relationships with MVPDs, OTT operators, and other distributors of Gray’s content. Prior to this role Mr. Folliard was Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for Gray Television. Before joining Gray in 2014, Mr. Folliard was an associate in the Communications Groups at Cooley, LLP and Dow Lohnes, PLLC in Washington, DC.

Denise Galiber

Vice President, Director of Sales, Katz Media Group

Denise manages national spot sales for the Hearst owned television and digital properties in Boston, Orlando, New Orleans, Burlington, Portland and Monterey. She began her career as a sales assistant with Group W (now CBS) before leaving to become a Media Buyer at DMB&B (now Spark Foundry). She transitioned to selling at WMGC-TV in Binghamton, NY and continued as an Account Executive with WCVB-TV in Boston, where she earned the Hearst Eagle Award for top sales performance. Denise joined the Katz Media Group in 2002 as an Account Executive. She was promoted to Sales Manager and soon after moved to VP, Director of Sales, her current role. Denise is a TVB committee member and a founding co-chair of Stronger Together, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council at the Katz Media Group.

Sara Gallegos

Senior Director, New Business Development, Scripps

Sara Gallegos has been the Senior Director of New Business Development for the Local Media Sara Gallegos has been senior director of new business development for the Local Media division of The E.W. Scripps Company since 2018. Previously, she was regional director of new business development for Scripps for over two years. Gallegos has worked in broadcasting in Denver since 1997, including time as an account executive at KUSA-TV and KCNC-TV and an integrated account executive, then local sales manager at Denver7 (KMGH-TV). She has served as co-chair of the TVB SSAC/NSAC committee since 2020.

Adam Gaynor

Hadassa Gerber

Hadassa Gerber was named Chief Research Officer of TVB in June 2014. Hadassa joined from the Syndicated Network Television Association (SNTA), where she served as the Director of Research and Systems. Prior to joining SNTA, she served in several senior and executive director roles for leading advertising agencies including Y&R, Media Edge, DeWitt Media, and McCann Erickson. Known as an industry thought leader in media analytics, media strategy and digital, Hadassa has worked with numerous blue-chip companies, agency executives, and brand managers to help develop innovative solutions to complex marketing challenges and maximize return on investment. She is a board member of the Media Ratings Council (MRC), a member of NAB’s COLTAM, the ARF and CIMM.

Bill Hague

Executive Vice President, Media Strategy Group, Magid

As Executive Vice President, Bill has oversight of Magid’s local media practice that works with local media properties, such as TV stations, radio stations and newspapers. In addition to managing corporate relationships and business development efforts during his tenure at Magid, Bill has served as the lead consultant with clients as diverse as CBS, NBC, Hubbard Radio, Canadian Broadcasting Company, McDonald’s, University of Notre Dame, Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville Jaguars, and Onex, among others. Bill spearheaded the development of several innovative service offers including Magid’s local advertising effectiveness research efforts. The impressive team that Hague has built continues to lead Magid into the revenue generation side of the traditional media business as well as the digital side of local media.

Ann Hailer

Ann Pero Hailer has drawn on her 25 years of media experience to set the vision that’s driving success for CoxReps. Through Ann’s strategic leadership and focus on collaboration, the company is providing the most advanced solutions for its premiere station group clients and agencies and advertisers in the local media space. Ann has led CoxReps by passionately focusing on diversity and inclusion. She served as chair for CMG’s D&I Advisory Board from 2017-2019, and is now a member of their Executive Council for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She serves on TVB’s Executive Board of Directors, the IRTS board, and has been a member of the Detroit AdCraft club since 1993.

Catherine Herkovic

Catherine Herkovic is a Nielsen veteran and is currently EVP, Managing Director of Local Television Client Services. She leads the team that serves local television stations, local cable stations, and MVPDs. Other roles Catherine has held at Nielsen include: Global Quality Leader, Managing Director of National Client Services, General Manager Local Television, and SVP Sales and Marketing, NSI.

Carol Hinnant

Chief Revenue Officer, Comscore

As Chief Revenue Officer, Carol Hinnant guides Comscore’s revenue-generating operations across the company’s global digital, television and cross-platform business lines. Overseeing the company’s commercial sales organization, Carol is responsible for building, nurturing and managing sales teams across all client vertical markets to grow revenue, expand client relationships and leverage marketplace expertise to increase sales channel profitability. Throughout her career, Carol has been recognized for her contributions to the media industry with multiple awards including being named one of the “Most Powerful Women” in 2021 by Cablefax, a “Woman to Watch” in the cable industry by Multichannel News and Women in Cable Television (WICT), and a “Rainmaker” by CTAM in 2008. Carol also represents Comscore in its work with critical industry organizations such as ARF, CIMM, IAB, ANA and MMA. Carol is a member of CTAM and Chief.

Diana Horowitz

Diana’s extensive media experience in digital and broadcast advertising and technology allows her to drive Imagine’s strategy of enabling companies to generate greater profitability from their media assets by unifying ad tech and monetization capabilities across platforms and devices. Prior to Imagine, she served as Senior Vice President, Advertising Sales, at fuboTV, while also overseeing ad operations. She’s held leadership positions at Telestream, IBM Watson Media, Comcast Technology Solutions and Scripps Networks Interactive. Horowitz began her career at The New York Times Company. Named to Multichannel News’ 2020 Women to Watch list, she was recognized by Top Women in Media with the 2021 Lifetime Achievement and Empowerment Award.

In her role Jennifer Hungerbuhler oversees the investment strategy for local video and audio channels across all screen/devices for all dentsu Media clients. Jennifer is charged with reinventing the supply side of media, innovating consistent and scalable buying and investment capabilities, and developing richer media owner partnerships, locally and globally. She oversees staff in New York, LA, Detroit, and Atlanta, and is responsible for over $2B of media spending. Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in advertising and media buying across a variety of categories including Quick Serve Restaurants, Fine & Causal Dining, Travel and Entertainment, Retail, Automotive, CPG, Spirits/ Beer, Pharma, Gaming and Tune-In.

Renee Ingenito

Renee is a sales leader with over 20 years’ experience building and leading sales teams in several major US markets. She has led sales organizations for broadcast TV stations, ad platforms and media software companies across a range of companies including CBS, Cox, Fox, Microsoft, Comcast, Spotrunner and Wowza Media Systems. Early in her career Renee was the founder/president of ad agency, Morningstar Media.

Andrew Karamouzis

Marketing Research Director, TVB

Andrew Karamouzis is a Marketing Research Director at TVB. Along with the other members of the TVB research team, Andrew provides the media research TVB members value and use daily. His media career began at the Syndicated Network Television Association (SNTA) in 2007 as a Television Research Associate. Over the next 7 years, he worked his way up in the company until its closure in 2014. He joined TVB in August 2014 and is now entering his eighth year with the company.

Drew Klopp

Senior Account Executive, FastPay

Drew Klopp joined FastPay in December of 2021 as a Senior Account Executive managing the Media Supplier relationships of FastPay’s payment processing business. Drew previously worked in a variety of media sales positions based in New York City for companies such as The New York Times, Specific Media, LIN Digital and Giant Media. As a result, Drew has extensive experience in the media industry and understands the importance of efficient billing and invoicing practices.

Steve Lanzano

Steve Lanzano is President and CEO of TVB. Steve joined TVB as president on January 1, 2010. He came to the association from HAVAS U.S., where he was the Chief Operating Officer. Previously he was the North American CEO of Mediaedge:cia (now Wavemaker), responsible for overseeing the agency’s operations across the U.S. and Canada. Steve was also global media director at sister agency Mindshare, where he was responsible for the American Express business.

Nancy Larkin

EVP, Managing Partner, LocalOne, Horizon Media

Nancy Larkin is EVP Managing Partner LocalOne at Horizon Media. Throughout her 30-year tenure at Horizon she has worked to ensure that local investment operation is second to none. She has guided the team in this ever-evolving multi-screen world as well as in the development of automation, advanced TV, and targeting platforms. Additionally, Larkin has led the department through numerous changes in the measurement of the medium and has been instrumental in the development of simplified and efficient communication with stations and sales representative organizations. Bob Liodice

Bob Liodice is CEO of the ANA. Having previously served as EVP, he is responsible for member relations, business development, strengthening relationships with ANA member companies, and broadening the membership base. Prior to joining ANA, he was VP of Global Marketing and Sales for Grupo Televisa. He previously worked in marketing and financial management at Kraft General Foods and as category marketing manager for the Jell-O and Bakers brands for over 15 years. Bob serves on the boards of directors of The Advertising Council, Better Business Bureau National Programs, Geopath, Advertising Educational Foundation, Digital Advertising Alliance, Trustworthy Accountability Group, and World Federation of Advertisers.

Shawn Makhijani

Patrick Manzi, PhD

Patrick Manzi, PhD is NADA’s Chief Economist. In this role, Patrick works with both NADA and the American Truck Dealers (ATD), a division of NADA. Patrick regularly speaks to various audiences about the auto industry and is responsible for many of the association’s monthly and annual economic reports including NADA Data and ATD Data.

Joe Marino

Joe Marino is the Head of the Client Success Organization at MadHive, an enterprise software platform that powers modern media. As Head of CSO Joe oversees revenue generation from new and existing business, and builds relationships with current and future clients to ensure their business needs are met and exceeded. Joe leads a 25+ person team that is transforming how advertisers approach and utilize CTV, including major broadcasters like Fox, Scripps, and TEGNA. During his tenure at MadHive Joe has grown the business from three clients to over 40 clients, bringing on new broadcast and radio station groups, national brands, DTC brands, agencies, and other unique resellers.

Eric Mathewson

Founder & CEO, WideOrbit

Eric founded WideOrbit in 1999 after realizing that there was an opportunity to dramatically streamline and automate the buying and selling of media. Prior to founding WideOrbit, Eric worked at Montgomery Securities in San Francisco and New York, managing portfolios for wealthy technologists as well as Kidder Peabody in Palo Alto, primarily focused on Equity Derivatives. Eric has been an active private equity technology investor since 1994 and maintains controlling ownership of WideOrbit. Dr. Mary Murphy

Professor, Indiana University and Founder, Equity Accelerator

Dr. Mary Murphy is the Herman B. Wells Endowed Professor at Indiana University and founder of the Equity Accelerator. She is a recognized international leader in the field of equity, diversity, and inclusion in educational and organizational settings. She teaches undergraduates, graduate students, and executives and advises CEOs and leaders on how to create more inclusive growth-minded learning and working environments. Dr. Murphy is Latina–born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She earned a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a PhD from Stanford University. She completed an NSF postdoctoral fellowship at Northwestern University. In 2012, she joined the faculty of Indiana University and, in 2013, was named a Rising Star by the Association for Psychological Science (APS). Her research has been profiled in The New York Times, Forbes, Harvard Business Review, Scientific American, and NPR, among other outlets. Mary’s new book on organizational mindset, Cultures of Growth, will be published by Simon & Schuster in 2023.

Deb McDermott

CEO, Standard Media Group

Deb McDermott is CEO of Standard Media Group and at the conclusion of the Tegna acquisition by Standard General, Deb will assume the duties of CEO of TEGNA. She has a 20-plus year career leading broadcast groups including COO of Media General and CEO-President of Young Broadcasting. Ms. McDermott was inducted into the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame in 2013. She has served as Chair of NATPE and the ABC Affiliate Board of Governors. She currently serves on the board of TVB and CMA and has previously served on the board of NAB.

Karine McMaster

VP, Advanced Media, Local Investment, dentsu Media US

Karine McMaster oversees Advanced Local Media across all clients within the DentsuAegis Network. Karine has been instrumental in utilizing her extensive media activation expertise of over 35+ years to help develop the vision, mission and business development of advanced local TV automation practices within Amplifi USA. Karine has been a key contributor and leader, responsible for collaborating with vendors in helping to design, execute and measure local advanced TV campaigns within the automated space.

Danielle Medina

Managing Partner, Director of Audio and Local Video, GroupM

In her current role at GroupM, Danielle Medina is responsible for audio and local video investment across 200+ clients. She oversees a team of buyers, client account directors and managers to ensure that their clients’ advertising objectives are achieved. She works closely with media planning teams on local strategies and executions. In addition, Danielle works to advance the use of automated buying tools and to adapt the group to industry changes in measurement and viewership. Danielle joined GroupM in 2009 having previously worked at MediaVest and Time Buying Services.

Becky Meyer

SVP, National Sales, Gray Television

Becky Meyer is SVP of National Sales for Gray Television; she joined the company in September 2015. In this role she oversees the coordination and execution of national transactions in 113 markets and manages agency relations across the country. Prior to Gray, Becky spent 23 years working at Katz Media, and in 2000 she took a break from the national business and was the Local Sales Manager for WAOW-TV in Wausau, Wisconsin, returning to Katz in 2003.

Debra OConnell

President of Networks, Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution (DMED)

In her role, Debra oversees operational leadership including P&L oversight of all of the company’s linear television channels, as well as business planning, network/channel commercial marketing, and audience strategy for the ABC broadcast network and eight ABC Owned stations, Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD, ESPN Networks, FX Networks, Freeform and National Geographic Networks, as well as National Geographic Media and Magazine. She also oversees content requirements and programming budgets for each of the channels, working closely with the company’s creative content teams while also leading acquisition strategy for second-run and library content across Disney’s portfolio of channels in partnership with the company’s streaming services.

Will Offeman

Chief Product Officer, WideOrbit

Will joined WideOrbit in 2000 and leads strategy, design, and development for all products, from flagship WO Traffic software to extended solutions for analytics, demand aggregation, digital proposals and order management, digital ad serving, and payments/collections. Will leverages decades of experience with TV and radio broadcasters, national cable networks, and digital publishers, to inform WideOrbit’s product roadmaps. As the media landscape continues to shift, Will is focused on evolving WideOrbit’s media operations platform to advance the unification of digital and linear advertising.

Nicole Ovadia

Vice President of Forecasting & Analysis, BIA Advisory Services

Nicole Ovadia serves as BIA Advisory’s Vice President, Forecasting & Analysis. She focuses on overseeing the forecasting process across all local media segments. Prior to joining BIA, Nicole spent 14 years at Emmis Communications at the corporate level in the Strategy Group, focused on sales and acquisitions, and at the local level in New York, where she served as Vice President Customer Success. From there, Nicole worked with the New York State Broadcasters Association advocating for New York City radio.

Steven Passwaiter

Vice President, Growth & Strategy, Media Intelligence, Kantar and Senior Advisor, CMAG

Steve Passwaiter is Vice President, Growth and Strategy for Kantar and Senior Advisor to CMAG, Kantar’s political advertising intelligence unit located in Washington, DC. Steve joined Kantar/CMAG in 2015 and has experience in broadcast sales management, consulting and media research. Prior to joining Kantar, Steve was a Board Advisor to Sportsdigita, a digital sports marketing firm, and VP, Business Development for BIA/Kelsey. Steve’s media career includes print, radio, and TV experience – including leading the local sales staffs at WDCA-TV and WUAB-TV.

Jenifer Peischel

SVP/Executive Director, Local Investment, RPA

With a background of over 30 years in local media, Jenifer leads RPA’s Local Investment teams and the Local Media Services division. She and her leadership team stay close to the ongoing changes within the industry and embrace solutions to improve efficiencies while continuing to focus on maximizing the impact of clients’ investments. Over the course of her career, she has worked on categories that include retail, automotive, QSR, entertainment and government. She represents the agency on the 4A’s Local Video and Audio Committee and the Nielsen Local Alliance Committee.

Megan Quirk

Megan Quirk has worked in local television for 11+ years. Quirk began her career locally at WCBS-TV in New York and has since transitioned to represent CBS’s twenty-seven owned and operated television stations and their corresponding digital platforms around the country via the New York and Boston sales offices. Karthik Rao

Karthik is responsible for driving a global product-driven technology transformation. He has held a variety of leadership roles at Nielsen and most recently was the Chief Product & Technology Officer for Nielsen Global Media where he led the International Media product and technology teams. Previously Karthik was the President of Nielsen Portfolio, where he led the Nielsen Entertainment, Nielsen Gracenote, Nielsen Brandbank and Nielsen Telecom businesses across all global markets. Monica Reagan

Monica Reagan manages Media Strategy and Local Planning for the Lexus Dealer Association (LDA) in North America. Her key responsibilities include guiding and developing integrated local media plans across all 111 Lexus Dealer groups. Media platforms include digital, national and local video, audio and search. Prior to joining Team One, Monica worked at Saatchi & Saatchi on the Toyota National business both in the United States and Australia.

Antonio Roman

Regional President, Eastern Region, Univision, TelevisaUnivision Inc.

Roman oversees sales and operations for the East Coast including TV, radio, and digital assets. He leads the pricing and inventory strategy for local media and expansion efforts into the Washington D.C., Tampa and Orlando markets. During 2021 he generated a double-digit increase in revenue across all three platforms while managing seven markets and $200MM in revenues. In his previous role at Univision, Roman was the SVP of Local Media Sales in New York, managing a portfolio of TV, radio and digital properties with an estimated $80MM+ in annual billings. During his over 25-year tenure with Univision, Roman has held several key positions, including SVP of National Sales, New York; VP of Network Sales, Miami; VP and Sr. AE Network Sales, New York.

Ron Salmon

Ron has worked at TVB for 20+ years, helping member stations navigate the ever-changing world of television research. He has worked extensively in the political category and on the weekly TVB research and measurement report, Insights (formerly VidLytics). Ron’s background includes numerous years in research as a Research Manager with Millennium Sales & Marketing, working with the Paramount Stations Group, the Sinclair Broadcast Group, as well as a Research Analyst with Katz Communications.

Anne Schelle

Managing Director, Pearl TV

Anne has more than two decades of wireless and media industry experience. Anne was founder and President of APS Connext LLC, providing senior-level advisory to some of the nation’s largest public media companies. She served previously as senior advisor to the NAB and as Executive Director of the Open Mobile Video Coalition. Anne serves currently as board chair of the ATSC 3.0 Security Alliance (A3SA), on the Advisory Board at Ateme, and on the Humber College B²C Lab Advisory Committee. She formerly served on the ATSC Board, as Vice Chairman of the Mobile Marketing Association’s North American Board, and as a founding member of the advisory board of the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering for Professionals.

Jennifer Scilabro

SVP Digital Sales, Local, Nexstar Digital

Jennifer has more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing leading media organizations with digital strategy and revenue development. In the recent decade, Jenn has scaled the development of proprietary local sales training with a specific focus on digital sales skills and leadership development. Currently, as SVP of Local Digital Sales at Nexstar Digital, Jenn leads local revenue development and sales enablement for the Digital division including sales strategy, product, and training. Her team empowers the country’s largest local broadcast group, Nexstar Media Group, with 200 TV Stations in 116 DMAs. Prior, Jenn held similar roles as VP of Digital Sales for Advance Local, Tribune Broadcasting, and Local TV LLC.

Brad Seitter

Executive Vice President, Local and National Business Development, TVB

Brad oversees TVB’s business development team including two regional SVPs, VP of Digital, Automotive Expert and Marketing Administrator. Brad develops presentations and strategies for the division, presenting directly to advertisers via one-on-one consulting, large auditorium group settings and national conventions across all 210 DMAs. He also oversees all of TVB’s sales work in the Political category. TVB’s business development team, led by Brad, has successfully moved millions of dollars in ad spend from other media to broadcast TV. Brad’s broadcast background includes 30 years in television in the sports and sales departments with TVB, Scripps and FOX O&O. Previous to his work with TVB, Brad was the Executive Producer for the Kansas City Chiefs official television show handling all content, talent, production, sales and syndication.

James Southern

James is an experienced media business executive, specializing in the convergence, distribution and monetization of TV/Video. He brings a valuable strategy and development skill set that spans product strategy, general management, business development and partnerships. Anthony Spirito

Marketing Research Director, TVB

Anthony Spirito was named Marketing Research Director at TVB in August 2018. Anthony joined TVB from Franco Research Group, an independent media research consultancy where he served as Director, Local Stations. There, he helped major broadcast TV groups navigate local measurement issues. Prior to joining Franco Research Group, he spent 10 years serving as Director of Programming at the Katz Television Group, advising local TV broadcasters on programming strategies for local news and syndicated TV programming. Anthony has spent the balance of his 30+ year career in local TV measurement and TV programming research. In that time, he developed a keen sense of the industry as it has evolved with new technologies and methods of delivery.

Steve Sturm

Executive Automotive Consultant, TVB

Over the past seven years, Steve has provided his unique perspective on current sales, market, brand and marketing reviews to the industry. He published an Auto Industry Playbook that provides a comprehensive review of the industry and key selling techniques. Steve and the Business Development team provide one-on-one sales calls to member stations for their key auto accounts to help grow or gain new revenue. Prior to consulting with TVB, Steve was a senior automotive marketing and media executive. He was a valued member of the top management teams in chief marketing roles with Toyota Motor North America and Toyota Motor Sales, USA. In addition, following his Toyota career, Steve led the automotive category at the Category Office for AOL and its automotive sites and marketing platforms.

Ben Tatta

Ben Tatta has more than 25 years of traditional and digital media experience leading media sales, technology, and measurement businesses. Ben has made his mark in media by leading innovation over the years, most notably as co-founder and president of advanced TV analytics company 605 and during his tenure at Cablevision as President of Media Sales where he launched the industry’s first system-wide deployment of addressable TV advertising. He has held senior leadership roles at companies including USA Networks, IBM, ABC, Lagardere Media and eBay Enterprise Marketing.

Kent Tseng

Vice President, Product Management, Advanced Advertising, TelevisaUnivision

Kent currently leads the Advanced Advertising Product for TelevisaUnivision across the linear and digital portfolios. Prior to joining TelevisaUnivision, Kent spent 15+ years at Altice (Formerly Cablevision) where he held different roles within cable engineering, enterprise data management and ad sales organization. In the last 4 years of his tenure at Altice, he helped establish a4 Media where he built data solutions capabilities and led the data partnership strategy and engineering teams. Most recently, he served as Head of Data and Product Strategy at MadHive, where he led their data partnership strategy and product development team.

Brian Wexler

Using decades of experience and solid market research, Brian is able to provide member stations and their clients a unique perspective on today’s advertising choices and marketing trends. Russell Wager

Russell Wager oversees all of the company’s marketing communications including the marketing operations, customer journey, and public relations areas. He joined Kia in July 2019. Russell brings more than 30 years of automotive experience to Kia. He served as the Vice President of Marketing for Mazda North America and has led major automotive accounts at several of the top advertising and marketing agencies both globally and in the U.S., including David&Goliath, where he led the Kia business for several years.

Jennifer Witte

A media professional with more than 17 years of experience, Jennifer works with a multitude of buying tactics, including local, national, and OTT/streaming. She manages media in both the general market and direct response marketplaces and enjoys capitalizing on both to ensure her clients are getting the most aggressive pricing and value. Before joining Horizon in 2017, Jennifer spent more than 11 years at GroupM working with a variety of Direct Response clients. Jennifer currently oversees investment for a range of clients at Horizon, including FanDuel, Carvana, Bombas, and Squarespace.
