Senior Leadership

Brad Seitter
President & Chief Executive Officer, TVB

Brad Seitter is the President & CEO at TVB, the national trade association representing the power of America’s local broadcast television industry.  With over 30 years of experience, Brad and his team travel nationwide to educate advertisers in all categories – including political – on the impact of combining local broadcast TV with digital to maximize reach and ROI. Brad is a board member of Media Scholars, Broadcasters Foundation and Ad Council.

Under his leadership, TVB’s business development efforts have successfully shifted millions of ad dollars toward broadcast TV by demonstrating how a strategic mix of video formats can elevate brand visibility and engagement. Brad began his career as a sports producer at WDAF-FOX 4 in Kansas City before transitioning to sales.  His career includes time with Scripps and an 11-year run as President & Executive Producer of the Kansas City Chiefs GameDay Television Network, where he led sponsorship integration, show production and syndication across a 16-station regional network.

Trisha Ripperger
EVP, Chief Client & Marketing Officer, TVB

Trisha Ripperger serves as EVP, Chief Client & Marketing Officer at TVB, where she leads client strategy, marketing innovation, and industry growth initiatives.  She joined TVB in January 2025 as SVP, Strategic Communications & Category Development and quickly advanced into her current role, reflecting her impact and leadership. 

As a seasoned marketing executive, Trisha brings a proven track record of driving strategic growth, building high-performing brands, and delivering measurable business results. Previously she served as Chief Marketing Officer for Tom Wood Group overseeing twenty-eight businesses including fifteen automotive rooftops and 1,200 employees.  In this executive leadership role, she led the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy, including brand development, digital transformation, advertising, customer acquisition, and retention—helping fuel significant business expansion. 

Earlier in her career, Trisha worked at Agency 720 on Tier II Chevrolet for GM and began her foundation in media as an Account Executive representing CBS, ABC, and NBC affiliates.  This blend of agency, client-side, retail automotive expertise, and media experience gives her a uniquely holistic view of the marketing ecosystem. 

A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Business Communications, Trisha has built her career on aligning strategy with execution to drive results.  She has long been an advocate for the power of local broadcast television, crediting it as a key driver in accelerating growth, strengthening brand trust, and delivering consistent performance for businesses. 

Chris Carr
EVP, Chief Financial Officer, TVB

Chris Carr is SVP, Chief Financial Officer at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast television industry. He joined TVB in 2021 and provides strategic direction and management of the financial, investment, human resources, employee benefits, operational, and administrative functions for TVB. Chris joined TVB from his own consulting business where he had range of clients in the media space. Prior to that, he served as EVP Finance of Guardian News & Media LLC. and before that spent over 25 years working at BBC Studios in the UK and US. He first came to the US in 1998 to launch BBC America as its CFO.

Chris is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and holds a B.A. (Combined Honours) in Modern History & Politics with Economics from the University of Southampton in the UK. 

Hadassa Gerber
EVP, Chief Research Officer, TVB

Hadassa Gerber was named Chief Research Officer of TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast television industry in June 2014. Hadassa joined from the Syndicated Network Television Association (SNTA), where she served as the Director of Research and Systems. Prior to joining SNTA, she served in several senior and executive director roles for leading advertising agencies including Y&R, Media Edge, DeWitt Media, and McCann Erickson.

Known as an industry thought leader in media analytics, media strategy and digital, Hadassa has worked with numerous blue-chip companies, agency executives, and brand managers to help develop innovative solutions to complex marketing challenges and maximize return on investment. She has experience across all facets of the media services industry including strategic planning, media research, budgeting, targeting, channel selection and activation.

 Ms. Gerber earned a Master’s degree in marketing and Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising (Magna Cum Laude) from Baruch College. She is a board member of the Media Ratings Council (MRC), a member of NAB’s COLTAM, the ARF and CIMM.

Cordie De Pascale
EVP, Technology, TVB

Cordie De Pascale is Executive Vice President of Technology at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast television industry. In this role, Cordie leads initiatives that enhance local broadcast media trading and technology, helping advance the efficiency and innovation of television advertising.

Throughout his career, Cordie has been dedicated to empowering publishers, broadcasters, and AdTech partners through strategic product development and operational insight. His work has consistently focused on creating technology solutions that simplify and strengthen media transactions.

Before joining TVB in 2025, Cordie held leadership and product development roles at DePascale Consulting, Mediaocean, CoreMedia Systems, IPG–Media Direct Partners, and J. Walter Thompson.

Cordie is a graduate of Manhattan College and resides in White Plains, NY. Outside of work, he enjoys family vacations, spending time with his Corgis, and restoring classic Corvettes.

Brian Wexler
EVP, Business Development, TVB

Brian Wexler is Executive Vice President, Business Development at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s Local Broadcast Television Industry. 

At TVB, Brian is responsible for working with local TV stations around the country to help support their sales and marketing efforts. With his decades of experience and leadership, Brian provides member stations, and their clients, a unique perspective on the advertising choices and marketing trends today. Brian also manages the NextGen Taskforce and the Spanish Language Taskforce for TVB, and speaks frequently at state broadcast conventions and advertising conferences about the state of the TV Industry.

Residing in Tampa, FL, Brian represents the East Coast and Mid-West regions. He works closely with station management providing resources and support such as sales training, category webinars, group advertiser presentations and in-person client meetings. A seasoned veteran in broadcast and digital sales management, Brian has spent most of his career in sales at the station and network level.  

Brian is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio, ‘89. 

Brian Allers
EVP, Business Development, TVB

Brian Allers is Executive Vice President, Business Development at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast television industry. In his role with TVB, Brian works with local broadcast stations and ownership groups by traveling the country and presenting to advertisers on how to grow their business through the right allocation of their media dollar. Brian also spearheads TVBU, TVB’s dedicated online sales training program.

Brian’s presentations blend storytelling, engagement, and data-driven research – an approach that helps local TV stations across the country generate millions in revenue and strengthen their position in the marketplace.  Brian has a deep passion for the broadcast industry and is on the road for as many as 40 weeks each year serving and supporting local stations.

Brian’s background includes over 20 years in marketing and advertising. Prior to joining TVB, Brian had successful stints at a number of local television stations owned by leading broadcast organizations including Meredith and Scripps.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Kansas and lives in Naples, FL with his two children.

Vivian Santamaria-Vega is the Director, Executive Operations & Marketing at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast television industry. 

In this role, Vivian works to provide comprehensive support to the Business Development team, ensuring the execution of initiatives, events, and communications. Vivian has been at TVB since September 2024, and previously worked at Rutgers University as an HR Manager.

Vivian is a graduate of Rutgers University and currently resides in New Jersey.

Corey Buford
Partnerships and Advocacy Manager, TVB

Corey Buford is Manager of Partnerships and Advocacy at TVB, the national trade association for America’s local broadcast television industry. 

Corey develops and implements strategies that secure funding for various TVB events and initiatives, annually. By successfully identifying potential sponsors, cultivating relationships, creating compelling proposals, negotiating agreements, and managing all aspects of sponsor benefits and deliverables, Corey serves a key role in generating opportunities that integrate sponsors into the larger broadcast TV landscape. 

Currently residing in NYC, Corey is a Chicago native. He has a B.A. in Communications Studies from NIU. He is also an accomplished actor and author who enjoys travel.

Melissa Buriak
Media & Events Manager, TVB

Melissa Buriak is the Media and Events Manager at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast television industry. 

In this role, Melissa supports the planning, coordination, and promotion of TVB’s major events, including the Forward Sales Conference and Executive Summit, and also manages internal and external communications efforts.  

Melissa has been at TVB since 2023 and previously worked as a Health and Safety Supervisor for HBO Max and CBS productions including Blue Bloods, Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, and Fantasmas.  

Melissa has held multiple roles as a live event manager and producer for major clients across New York City, and has utilized her degree in Theatre Performance from Oklahoma City University to perform all over the world.

Fatim Diallo-Toure
Database Administrator, TVB

Fatim Diallo-Toure is the Database Administrator at TVB, the national trade association for America’s local broadcast television industry. 

She manages the organization’s database and member communications, ensuring data accuracy and supporting daily operations.

Fatim has been with TVB since 2021. Previously, she worked at the 125th Street Business Improvement District, managing the Constant Contact database.

She graduated from New York City College of Technology and lives in Tobyhanna, PA. In her free time, Fatim likes trying new restaurants, watching Netflix, and following tennis, soccer, and basketball.

Arleen Fong
VP, Accounting, TVB

Arleen Fong is VP, Accounting at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast television industry. 

In this role, Arleen works to ensure that TVB is in compliance with the basic general accounting principles where all financial records are accurate and reliable, and works to provide a clear view of the organization’s fiscal health. Arleen has been at TVB for over 25 years, and previously worked at The International Herald Tribune. 

She is a graduate of NYU Stern Business School and currently resides in New York. Arleen has a special interest in ornamental horticulture with a focus on floriculture.

Emily Horvath
Website and Graphics Manager, TVB

Emily is the Website and Graphics Manager at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast television industry. In this role, she is responsible for maintaining and updating TVB.org and designing graphics to support the organization’s projects and events.

Emily joined TVB in February 2025, bringing experience from her previous role at Tom Wood Automotive Group in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is a graduate of the University of Dayton, where she studied Communication Management and Sociology, and currently lives in Carmel, Indiana. Emily enjoys cooking at home, Pilates classes, and spending time with family and friends.

Andrea Palesh
VP, Communications and Events, TVB

Andrea Palesh is VP, Communications and Events at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast television industry and has been with the company since 2021. She has worked in New York City as an event producer and director in the fashion, entertainment, media, and theater industries since 2008, working on events from NY Fashion week to corporate conferences and off-Broadway productions.

Additionally, Andrea has worked on both the client and agency side as a marketer, specializing in social media and email strategy, creation, and implementation. Notable clients include: 7 For All Mankind, Garnier, Essie, Maybelline, Royal Caribbean Cruises, and Olivia Riegel. Andrea was nominated for Best Director for the Broadway World 2022 Cabaret Awards. She received her BA in Dance and BS in Fashion Merchandising from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, CO.

Brandon Reda
Production Manager, TVB

Brandon Reda is the Production Manager at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast television industry. 

At TVB, he plays a key role in managing the end-to-end video production process – overseeing editing and post-production for broadcast and digital content that supports TVB’s marketing and advocacy initiatives.

Brandon joined TVB in 2021. He brings a deep understanding of media production within the broadcast landscape. Prior to this, he worked with ITV America on hit series like Alone and Forged in Fire and at the Joey Creative Agency, where he collaborated with local businesses to craft compelling brand stories through video

Brandon is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey and currently lives in Queens, NY. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, weightlifting, visual storytelling through videography and photography, and staying active through team sports like basketball and soccer.

Mary Young
VP, Marketing & Analytics, TVB

Mary Young is VP Marketing Communications & Analytics at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast television industry. In this role, Mary works to effectively communicate the value of membership and resources to TVB members. She joined TVB in February of 2025. 

She previously worked at Tom Wood Group as Media Director, at Young and Laramore as a Senior Buyer, at Ivie and Associates as a Marketing Director, at Bill Estes Automotive as Director of Marketing and at Emmis Communications as the Sales Manager/New Business Development Director.

Mary is a graduate of Ball State University and currently resides in Carmel, Indiana. She loves to practice yoga, enjoy the outdoors, sports, socializing with friends, as well as loving on her dog Helen and her two children. 

Research

Andrew Karamouzis
VP, Marketing Research Director, TVB

Andrew Karamouzis is VP, Marketing Research Director at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast TV industry. 

Andrew joined TVB in 2014 and has worked at the company for over ten years, providing the valuable media research that TVB members use daily. His media career began at the Syndicated Network Television Association (SNTA) in 2007 as a Television Research Associate. Over the next 7 years, Andrew furthered his career at the company until its closure in 2014. 

He is a graduate of Baruch College and resides in Bedford, NY, with his wife and daughter. Andrew is an avid TV watcher and sports fan, who roots for his favorite teams, the New York Mets, Rangers, Knicks, and Jets.

Emily Mai
Assistant Research Analyst, TVB

Emily is the Assistant Research Analyst at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast television industry. She joined TVB in 2026 and performs data analyses on media consumption patterns and audience behaviors to create insights that drive improved marketing strategies for the local television industry.

Throughout her experiences, she has gained knowledge in conducting research as well as coding to perform in-depth data analyses on healthcare data.

Emily is a graduate of Stony Brook University and currently resides in New York City. She likes to spend time with her friends and family, stroll around the city, and listen to music from some of her favorite artists such as Rosé from Blackpink, CHPTRS, and The Midnight.

Research Supervisor, TVB

Mildred is a Research Supervisor at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast television industry. 

In this role, Mildred works to conduct in-depth analysis of media consumption patterns, advertising performance, and audience behavior to deliver data-driven insights that demonstrate the strategic impact of local broadcast television. 

Mildred has been at TVB since 2022. She is a graduate of Baruch College and currently resides in New York City. 

When she’s not excelling at Excel, you can find her studying metaphysics, planning her next adventure with family and friends, or listening to Bad Bunny.

Ron Salmon
VP, Marketing Research Director, TVB

Ron Salmon is VP, Marketing Research Director at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast TV industry. Ron has worked at TVB for 20+ years, helping member stations navigate the ever-changing world of television research. He has worked extensively in the political category and on the weekly TVB research and measurement report, Insights (formerly VidLytics). Ron’s background includes numerous years as a research manager with Millennium Sales & Marketing, working with the Paramount Stations Group, the Sinclair Broadcast Group, as well as a Research Analyst with Katz Communications.

Anthony Spirito
VP, Marketing Research Director, TVB

Anthony Spirito is VP, Marketing Research Director at TVB, the national trade association representing America’s local broadcast television industry.  He joined TVB in 2018 and provides strategic analyses of data, translating it into compelling stories that advocate for local television for TVB and its members. Anthony joined TVB from Franco Research Group, an independent media research consultancy where he served as Director, Local Stations. There, he helped major broadcast TV groups navigate local measurement issues. Prior to joining Franco Research Group, Anthony spent 10 years serving as Director of Programming at the Katz Television Group, advising local TV broadcasters on programming strategies for local news and syndicated TV programming.  Prior to Katz, Anthony spent considerable time in programming research at several major national TV syndicators.
