NEXT Women commissioned BIA Advisory to conduct the 2021 State of Women in Local Broadcast TV survey. BIA’s Managing Director Rick Ducey and SVP, Marketing and Data Products MacKenzie Lovings will share key findings and insights including: opportunities and challenges women face today in the industry and women’s views on professional development, career advancement and diversity.
