Yuma is a city in and the county seat of Yuma County, Arizona. Agribusiness is a $3.1 billion industry in the Greater Yuma area, and it produces fresh fruit, vegetables, and meat and dairy products. Companies in the industry include Dole Fresh Vegetables; Sarah Farms, a dairy farm that produces 700,000 gallons of fluid of milk each year; and McElhaney Cattle Company, which produces enough beef to support a city of 900,000 people for a year.
