Syndicated Programming
Local TV stations have several options for programming: network programs (if they’re an affiliate or an owned & operated station), local live production (like news programs), and syndicated programming. There are three basic types of syndicated shows available – first-run or originals made for syndication (like “Wheel of Fortune” or “Judge Judy”), re-runs of off-network programs, and movie packages.
