Session 1: Making Mentoring Matter (15 minutes)
What is mentorship and why does it matter? Learn key characteristics of a successful mentorship relationship and why it can add value to your life.
Sessions 2A (Mentors) & 2B (Mentees): Making Mentoring Work for You (25 minutes)
Choose which session is the best fit for your goals and dig deeper into the qualities of successful mentors and mentees, how to build trust in the relationship, and how to communicate needs.
Session 3: Bringing It All Together & Q&A (15 minutes)
Round out the masterclass with valuable takeaways and live Q&A on starting or enhancing your current mentorship relationships.
